If you received damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged items, we are happy to provide a replacement copy. Please notify us within 30 days of purchase by emailing us at Support@Zumbook.com. Be sure to include the order number, date purchased, description and photos showing the issue (required before proceeding with replacements).
Zumbook accepts no responsibility for the quality of the content (including misspelled words, grammatical errors, etc.), its formatting, design or overall appearance and will not provide refunds for those reasons.
If an order is returned to us for any reason (other than we created the mailing label incorrectly) you will be responsible for paying to have the order reshipped. Once we receive the package we will contact you via email to verify the shipping address and to request the additional shipping charge (not including the handling). Returned orders will not be refunded (partial or full).
